The system includes an HMI interface and independent temperature control for each barrel section, ensuring precise processing.
3.Steaming Line: Receives the product and uses steam to raise the temperature, effectively cooking and gelatinizing the ingredients.
4.Drying: Uses a dryer to remove the vast majority of moisture from the freshly steamed product, thereby extending shelf life.
5.Coating: An optional vacuum coating system allows for the infusion of fats, flavorings, and other additives at rates of up to 35%, enhancing both palatability and nutritional value.
