Introduction to the Process Flow

2. Blowing & Draining: Uses a high-velocity air dryer to quickly remove surface moisture from washed ingredients, preparing them for precise cutting.
3. Precision Dicing: Employs an automatic dicing slicer to process raw materials into uniform cubes, strips, or custom shapes for balanced freeze-drying.
4. Vacuum Freeze-Drying: Sublimates moisture under extreme low temperatures and deep vacuum in the freeze-drying silo, powered by a high-efficiency heat medium system.
5. Weighing & Packaging: Integrates an automated multi-head combination scale and pouch-feeding system for precise dosing and moisture-proof sealing.
6. Aseptic Processing: Operates entirely within a food-grade aseptic purification workshop to maintain strict hygiene and extend product shelf life.
