2. Extrusion & Core-Filling: Features a high-L/D (length-to-diameter) ratio twin-screw extruder designed specifically for processing high-fresh-meat and high-protein pet food. Optimized screw configurations and extrusion parameters effectively enhance palatability and texture, ensure consistent product quality, and meet the demands of large-scale premium pet food production.Core-Filling Unit: The filling tank utilizes a jacketed water-bath heating structure and is equipped with a top-mounted mechanical agitator; the entire unit adheres to sanitary design standards. The agitation system operates without dead zones, ensuring uniform mixing. Removable spray balls inside the tank significantly simplify cleaning and meet food-grade hygiene requirements.
