Extrusion & Expansion System: Twin-screw extruder equipped with a twin-shaft or triple-shaft conditioner; features multiple injection ports for liquids and steam, allowing precise dosing of fats, flavoring slurries, and fresh meat pastes. It meets the processing needs for high-fresh-meat and high-protein pet foods, effectively enhancing palatability. Utilizes advanced bidirectional cross-flow hot air circulation to ensure uniform heat distribution and moisture uniformity (±7.5%); a stable material distribution system ensures even product spread.
7. Coating System: Optional vacuum coating system available; enables higher inclusion rates of fats and flavorings (up to 35%), thereby enhancing palatability and nutritional value.
