Introduction to the Process Flow
1. Ingredient Preparation: Weighing and preparing raw materials.
2. Grinding: Pulverizing the prepared raw materials.
3. Mixing: Blending the ground raw materials.
4. Cold Press Molding: The equipment features variable-frequency speed control; changing molds allows for the production of pellets in various shapes.
5. Tunnel Oven: Baking the product to set its shape and remove some moisture.
6. Dryer: Removing the vast majority of moisture from the baked product to extend shelf life.
7. Sifting: Using a vibrating screen to remove fines and irregularly shaped particles generated during processing.
8. Microwave Dryer: Further drying to remove residual moisture and meet customer specifications; this process also sterilizes the product and enhances its aroma.
9. Coating System: Comprising a coating drum, spray tank, metering device, and rotor pump, this system ensures uniform coating, thereby enhancing the product's flavor and quality.
10. Cooling: Cooling the product to room temperature.
