1. Raw Material Intake System: Customizable to requirements; supports delivery via truck, unloading from bulk bags, or manual feeding.

3. Mixing System: Designed for dry materials; ensures high uniformity (variation <5%) and excellent sealing to prevent leakage. Features a large bottom-opening discharge gate for rapid, residue-free unloading.
4. Pulverizing System: Utilizes an ultra-fine pulverizer suitable for processing shrimp feed, small-particle extruded feed, various aquatic feeds, and pet food ingredients. Employs an innovative screenless design with air classification and a unique grinding disc configuration to achieve high output and efficiency. Produces uniform, stable particle sizes while maintaining low material temperatures during processing, effectively preserving raw material quality.
5. Extrusion System: A twin-screw extruder that uses screw rotation and compression to subject raw materials to shearing, mixing, and cooking under high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.
